CHARLESTON — A Mercer County woman was sentenced to a 15-month prison term Wednesday at her sentencing hearing at U.S. District Court in Charleston. Rachelle Bryant, 24, of Bluefield, appeared before Senior U.S. District Judge David A. Faber of the Southern District of West Virginia.
